• If you become a MATERIAL 360 Family member, we need your name, postcode, e-mail address and date of birth to become a member. And optional we ask for your telephone number and preferred store.
• Your MATERIAL 360 Family account or online MATERIAL 360 profile also includes information about when you make a purchase online or visit popularhub.test
• If you visit Material360.pk we create tracking cookies on the device by which you visit us (mobile phone, tablet or desktop)
• If you make online purchases at Material360.pk and pay by credit card, we will carry out a fraud check
• If you phone our Customer Service, we will record the call for training purposes
• If you use our in-store free Material360.pk wifi service we will ask you to register the first time so that you do not need to log on every time you visit an Material360.pk store

That is all the information that says something about you as a person. Personal details provide information about your identity. This can be done in a direct way, for example your name. But this can also be done indirectly, such as your zip code.

As a MATERIAL 360 Family member, you are literally part of our family. And family members are special. So, there’s always a cup of coffee or tea ready for you, you can participate in free activities and we have special members’ prices and offers — to name just a few of your privileges.

When you join MATERIAL 360 Family, we’ll ask you to enter your first and last name, postcode, email address, date of birth, and (optional) preferred store. At MATERIAL 360 we think it’s important to make the contact personal, so we ask for your first and last name. We ask for your postcode and preferred store because we would like to know in which area our Family members are located and in which MATERIAL 360 store they prefer to shop. This gives us a better understanding of the spread of Family customers and MATERIAL 360 stores. We need your email address to register your account and to send you a new password if you’ve forgotten your password. We also ask you to fill in your date of birth to register for MATERIAL 360 Family. Optionally, we will also ask you for your mobile phone number. If you fill in this form, we can look up your Family number at the cash register when you don’t have it at hand.

In addition, we also ask for information in order to get to know you better and to be able to show personalized offers. For example, we ask you what your family or home looks like, what your style is or which part of your home you would like to deal with.

When you register for MATERIAL 360 Family, we create a MATERIAL 360 Family account for you. To do this, we ask you to fill in your own username and password. When you have created a Family account, we will give you a unique MATERIAL 360 Family number. With your MATERIAL 360 Family number, you can easily log in to our website (Material360.pk), for example to prepare a shopping list, to shop or to design the kitchen of your dreams. You can also link your purchases to your MATERIAL 360 Family account when you are logged in or when you scan your Family card. This in turn means that you can exchange or return your purchases indefinitely. For more information about exchanging or returning, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Our customer service can also be of more specific service to you as a MATERIAL 360 Family member. Furthermore, when you are logged in, we link your search and surfing behavior on Material360.pk to your Material Family account in order to make you offers that suit you.

Whether its data concerning your purchases, designs you’ve created with the help of our planners, any contact you’ve had with customer service or an event in which you’ve taken part — as long as you’re an active MATERIAL 360 Family member, we ensure that your data is retained. We analysis all of this data so as to better understand our customers’ wishes and thus to improve their shopping experience at MATERIAL 360. Besides this, we’re always looking to get an overall picture.

As soon as you become a MATERIAL 360 Family member you can indicate in your profile whether you want to be contacted for commercial purposes.

So, we’ll be able to contact you if we have something fun in store for you (new products, unique offers, inspiring workshops) or if we’d like to let you know about something. For example, so we can notify you as soon as the dream kitchen that you designed using our kitchen planner is discounted.

If you are a MATERIAL 360 Family member, your personal data is collected by MATERIAL 360. This is also the case when you make your purchases from the MATERIAL 360 Concept Center in Lahore.
